Concordia University, River Forest, Illinois

been selected to teach the Systems and Organizational Change course at Concordia
University. The course covers the
nature and meaning of systems, boundaries and environments, mission statements,
organizational structures, relationships, rewards, power and procedures.
Diagnosing problems in organizations and preparing for, implementing and
managing change.
