Tom Long Awarded Certificate of Mentor Accreditation
OAK PARK, ILLINOIS – Tom Long, President of Solid Oak Consulting, was recently certified as a Mentor by CMT – Coaching, Mentoring, Teaching of Riverdale, New Jersey.
CMT is the global mentoring services, training and certification organization for the Institute for Independent Business. Its role is to train and certify mentors who then deliver mentoring services to IIB members as well as their own clients.
What Is A Mentor?
Everyone who has or who has ever had a mentor tailors the experience to their own style and needs, but there are some common elements. A mentor is:

Ø Some one you can "talk" openly with.
